Biography

Shantell Ogden is a co-writer of “Lost,” which has achieved airplay on more than 80 contemporary country stations around the U.S. For more than 14 years she has faced blank pages and crafted sweet and savory songs.

Ogden has toured nationally, releasing independent albums of her own, including Water Through Stone (2008) and Stories Behind Songs (October, 2011). She is based in Nashville, Tennessee.

  • Love of country music started early with old cowboy/western songs
  • First job at eight years old was feeding calves on a third generation family farm
  • Caught touring in New York during the Blackout of 2003
  • Has lived in Utah, Oregon, Georgia, Massachusetts and Tennessee
  • Graduate of Berklee College of Music
  • Holds a Guinness World Record for participating in the The World's Longest Concert by multiple artists
